Basic Kit Key Product Features:

The basics you need to fill a Birth Pool in a Box with water from your taps.

Includes:

Non-toxic clear 10m hose with 12mm (1/2") bore: For filling and emptying the pool. The hose can also be used to syphon water out if you have a drain below floor level, eg outside.
Tap connectors: Standard Round tap connector (tap shaft is up to 18mm diameter), Multi-purpose Tap Connector ( tap shaft width is less than 32mm and height less than 40mm) and Round mixer tap connector -P00339 (For wider tap shafts up to 27mm diameter)
Waterbirth submersible thermometer: To monitor water temperature (the temperature should be between 35C/95F and 37C/98.6F). Custom waterbirth scale and fully submersible.

All orders for delivery in Great Britain where funds are cleared by 1PM UK time on a working day Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, except items going by Royal Mail which are despatched within 1 business day. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday are shipped on the first working day after the weekend, usually a Monday.

Note that if your order is going by carrier, DPD will make a first delivery attempt on the 1st working day after despatch and leave a card if not successful. If you provide a mobile phone number with your order, you will receive a text message on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour time window during that day. If you reply with an alternative date, you will have used one of your two included delivery attempts.

UK & Ireland

You are welcome to return your unopened goods to us for a refund.

Please ensure that you pack the goods securely with our original packing list inside (or a note with your order number) and label the outside of your parcel with the name used on the order and the order number from the packing list.

We advise you to use a service that requires a signature so that you have proof of delivery – we can only refund for items that we have received and carriers do not have a 100% service level.

After inspection of the goods, we will refund you the value of the unopened items within 5 working days.

Things to keep in mind:
– Standard Parcels service from your Post Office can take 5 working days to deliver
– With a parcel carrier you have to wait in for them to collect the parcel
– Standard Parcels for a 15kg box will be more expensive than a parcel carrier booked through www.interparcel.com or www.parcel2go.com
– If you return goods without your name or order reference, there will be a delay while we figure out who they are from. Sometimes we cannot tell and will wait for you to contact us again
– If goods are damaged in transit or opened, we will not be able to refund them.
