DEAR BIRTH POOL IN A BOX FAMILY

In keeping with people all over the globe, we have spent the last few weeks following news of the Coronavirus. Our thoughts are with all those families who have been affected and continue to be.

During these uncertain times, I wanted to reassure you personally that we are committed to doing everything we can to help protect our community whilst maintaining continuity of your Water Birth Provision and our business.

We are here and we are trading, we are experts in birthing pools but not in COVID-19, and in that vein we want to support women and hospitals as best we can. We are aware that because of the nature of the outbreak services for women in labour will be affected and we will do our best to work with you to supply products for your changing needs.  We are also working closely with our suppliers to make sure that our strong relationships are maintained throughout this time and we continue to deliver the quality and service that you expect from us.

Nothing is more important to us than the health and well being of our customers, staff, and suppliers and we are acting on all government advice to help keep everyone as safe as possible. Please be assured that following our previous communication, we are following the most up to date hygiene practices as per the NHS and WHO advice

Our thanks go out to all Midwives, Doctors, Nurses and all the frontline NHS staff for putting your own lives at risk for the sake of the patients you care for.  We are all indebted to you.
