If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original item following the above steps and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item promptly.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
